The Total Care Chiro app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Total Care Chiropractic. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Total Care Chiropractic patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Total Care provider. Communicate with Total Care in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. Includes integration with the Health app. You can choose to share your weight, steps, and other parameters with the Total Care Chiro app.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Total Care Chiropractic patients and you cant use the app unless youre a Total Care patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Total Care Chiropractic uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
